INCORPORATION

• Ferrum Crescent Limited is a company incorporated and registered in Australia with registered number A.C.N. 097 532 137
• The main country of operation is the Republic of South Africa.
• The Company is not incorporated in the UK, so the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.

EXCHANGE/TRADING PLATFORMS
The securities of Ferrum are traded on the AIM market operated by the London Stock Exchange plc, the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"). 

SHARES ON ISSUE
As at 01 October 2012, Ferrum had in issue 298,841,705 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares"). No shares are held in treasury. In so far as the Company is aware, the percentage of Ordinary Shares not in public hands was 5.64%.
