Mr Ed Nealon
Non-executive Chairman

Mr Nealon, who is a geologist by background, is the Chairman of the Board. He has vast experience in the financing and development of mining projects in many parts of the world, including especially within Africa and Asia. He was involved in the establishment and growth of Aquarius Platinum Limited and Sylvania Resources Limited and has been a director of many publicly listed companies.

Mr Scott Huntly
Managing Director

Mr Huntly, who is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years' experience in the mining industry, principally within South Africa, heads the Company management and is based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has extensive experience within government in South Africa and working with several exploration and mining companies within South Africa (including Aquarius Platinum Limited and Sylvania Resources Limited), especially during the companies transition from exploration to development.

Mr Adrian Griffin
Technical Director

An Australian trained mining professional with exposure to metal mining and processing throughout the world, Mr Griffin has been involved in the development of extraction technology and was a pioneer of the lateritic nickel processing industry. He specialises in mine management and production. Mr Griffin is the former Chief Executive Officer of Dwyka Diamonds Limited, an AIM- and ASX-listed diamond producer and is currently a non- executive director of ASX-listed Northern Uranium Limited.

Mr Matodzi Nesongozwi
Non-executive Director

Mr Nesongozwi is a mining engineer by background and is Ferrum Crescent's South African partner in the Turquoise Moon Iron Project.

In 2006 he founded Umthombo Resources (Pty) Ltd, which had been an 'idea' for a very long time. With the help of associates that he had made through his experience in the mining industry Mr Nesongozwi has since led the company in its path to strategic growth. The company is involved in a coal mining joint venture with an established Turkish company, Sumo Coal (Pty) Ltd and has been able to establish itself as an emerging and growing figure in the mining industry when it secured prospecting rights on ten farms for coal in the Mpumalanga Province.

Robert Hair
Company Secretary

Mr Hair is a lawyer with over 20 years' experience in the resources sector. He has held several roles in the MIM Group and smaller companies and has Australian and extensive international experience in legal, commercial, financial and organisational aspects of exploration, mining and processing operations. He currently consults to various companies in the resources and information technology sectors and is currently a non-executive director of ASX-listed Northern Uranium Limited and Carpentaria Exploration Limited.

Mr Andrew Nealon
Company Secretary

Mr Nealon has over 5 years' experience as a company secretary and financial manager within publicly-listed companies. He has been a Company Secretary of the Company since 2007 (now Ferrum Crescent) and assists the Chief Financial Officer in the management of the Company's financial systems.

Robert (Bob) Van Der Laan
Chief Financial Officer

Mr Van Der Laan is an accountant with many years' experience in the management of financial and risk management systems for public companies. He is responsible to senior management and the Board for the Company's financial controls and management and financial reporting and all other aspects of the Company's financial function.

Rainer Dreier
Engineering Director

Mr Dreier is by background a mechanical engineer from Austria and has extensive experience in construction management, with an in-depth knowledge of all major VAI technologies such as those used in rolling mills, continuous casting, ore processing, material handling, pelletizing and direct reduction plants.

Lindsay Cahill
Mine Services Manager

Mr Cahill is a geologist with more than 20 years' experience in the minerals exploration and mining industry. A member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, he has undertaken and managed exploration and resource development programmes for a range of commodities in a wide variety of geological environments within Australia, southern Africa, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. In addition, Mr Cahill was the senior resource geologist for Highlands Gold Limited, based in Port Moresby, and resource evaluation manager for the Bulong and Marlborough laterite nickel projects.

Mr Cahill managed Ferrum's exploration programmes in South Africa and reviewed and planned exploration for several magnetite deposits in Australia. With extensive experience in resource studies, feasibility test-work, commissioning and liaison with government and statutory bodies, Mr Cahill has an in-depth knowledge of sound environmental practices. His role, along with that of the Engineering Director, will be pivotal in assisting the Technical Director to take the Turquoise Moon Iron Project and the Company's other projects into development.
